We believe a well trained and good mannered dog is important. It takes time and dedication to train your new puppy. However, once you have that well mannered dog that you can take anywhere and that won’t jump on people, you will be glad you put in the time and effort.

The first step in training is putting your puppy in an AKC Star Puppy class and/or beginning obedience class. These classes will give you the beginning tools in teaching your puppy good manners and how to eventually pass the CGC test.

If you are interested in becoming involved in dog sports and therapy work with your dog, then the CGC really is a must. This just ensures your dog knows how to behave during sporting events and in therapy work. The last thing you want is your dog jumping on someone and injuring them.

Any family that has a puppy from us that passes their CGC test, we will reimburse you the application fee for the CGC title. We truly believe it’s that important. Just send us a picture of your dog with his ribbon and their certificate.
